Program Description

Students complete 75 credit hours in two and a half years: 2 semesters at ILR and 3 semesters at Johnson. The dual degree MILR/MBA program from ILR and Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management offers a unique opportunity. Our alumni who have earned both MILR and MBA degrees have a distinct advantage in today’s rapidly changing workplace.
