Big Red Barn
Grad Write-Ins occur every weekday that class is in session, from 8:00-11:00am in the Big Red Barn. Come join other students who also have writing goals and deadlines. Be a part of a writing community so that you are able to become more productive and accountable with your time and your writing. The upstairs area of the Big Red Barn is a designated quiet space.
There will be cups for you at the register for FREE coffee and/or tea! Come for all or part of the time.

Weekly Guided Mindfulness Meditation
Come as you are, as often as you like, to practice this relaxing and restorative technique. These FREE sessions are 30 minutes long and are available at several campus locations. The meditations are co-sponsored by a number of academic departments and campus support services.

Three weeks into your program, are you asking yourself, “How can I accomplish all of these goals with limited hours in the day?” Fortunately, time management is a skill that can be learned! Join us for an interactive discussion on the top six tips to successfully manage your time. You will learn methods and insight to what top performers already know about time management. In addition, you will share with others what you have found works best for you. Presenter: Janna Lamey, Assistant Dean for Graduate Student Life
