Come as you are, as often as you like, to practice this relaxing and restorative technique. These FREE sessions are 30 minutes long and are available at several campus locations. The meditations are co-sponsored by a number of academic departments and campus support services.

Have you ever seen those old school swing dancers in the movies and thought it looked like they were having a blast? Join the Graduate Swing Dance Society, a Cornell graduate student organization, for free beginner and intermediate swing dance lessons followed by one hour of social dance to good swing jazz. No prior experience or partner necessary, just bring your two feet and some enthusiasm.
