People experience challenges as a part of life, but this can be incredibly difficult when challenges occur in the mentoring relationship for graduate students. During this interactive session, we will apply a resiliency model and practical tools to real-life scenarios to better understand how we can prevent challenges from harming our relationships and potentially derailing our professional goals.

Weekly Guided Mindfulness Meditation
Come as you are, as often as you like, to practice this relaxing and restorative technique. These FREE sessions are 30 minutes long and are available at several campus locations. The meditations are co-sponsored by a number of academic departments and campus support services.
