The AAAS CASE Workshop is an exciting opportunity is designed for doctoral students in science, technology, engineering, and math fields with limited experience and knowledge of science policy and advocacy who want to learn more about science policy.
The program is organized to educate STEM students who are interested in learning about the role of science in policy-making, to introduce them to the federal policy-making process and to empower them with ways to become a voice for basic research throughout their careers. ...

The upstairs area of the Big Red Barn is a designated quiet space.There will be cups for you at the register for FREE coffee and/or tea! Come for all or part of the time.

Weekly Guided Mindfulness Meditation
Come as you are, as often as you like, to practice this relaxing and restorative technique. These FREE sessions are 30 minutes long and are available at several campus locations. The meditations are co-sponsored by a number of academic departments and campus support services.
