Interdisciplinary Research and Ethics Programs

Beer with a Scientist/Wine with a Scholar

Going on the job market and want to present your research or sell yourself in an engaging, informative, and concise way? Want to be able to talk to an audience who is brilliant but not necessarily an expert in your field? Join us for Beer with a Scientist/Wine with a Scholar and engage with Cornell’s faculty as they talk about their research to a multidisciplinary and brilliant audience (you).

Lab Crawl

Visit labs across campus, where your peers will discuss the nature and significance of their work with swanky eats following. Open to all interested graduate students, promoting interdisciplinary interaction.

Ethics Café

Ethics Café brings together graduate and professional students to discuss responsible mentoring, authorship, peer review, intellectual conflicts of interest, acknowledging the work of others in research and academic papers and publications, and questions about responsible research and scholarship.

Visit the Cornell Responsible Conduct of Research website, sponsored by the Office of Research Integrity and Assurance.
