Response

Dear Student Interested in Yoga,

The simple answer is, YES, there will be still free yoga, made available through Cornell Minds Matter. The announcement came too late last week to post in Grad Announcements, but you will definitely see this advertised in the upcoming Grad Announcements. The details and announcement are:

Free YOGA!!!
Every Monday and Thursday, 5-6:15 PM
Willard Straight Hall, Art Gallery
Open to all Cornell students (grads and undergrads) for FREE. All skill levels are welcome. Increase your physical and mental well-being. We will have some yoga mats, but if you have one, please bring it.

Please know that Cornell Recreational Services sponsors a prenatal yoga program as well. A Cornell Fitness Centers Membership is required for this class; however, non-members with a Cornell ID card can purchase a day pass online for $10 per class. Complete schedule and more information is found on the Cornell Recreational Services website.

I am thrilled you asked this question as finding the time for fitness while being a graduate student can be difficult, but is a must!

Wishing you all the best,

Janna
