CIRTL Online Workshop: Science Communication for Any Audience
The ability to communicate the impact and importance of one’s research to a wide variety of audiences is a crucial skill for professional development. In this three-part workshop, participants will explore key concepts and strategies in science communication, focusing on both spoken and written messages. This workshop is designed for CIRTL graduate students, postdocs, and junior faculty who wish to improve their communication skills when connecting with general/public audiences, students, and fellow scholars whose technical expertise is in a different discipline or research area (e.g., when communicating research in job talks, journal manuscripts, conference presentations, etc.).
