Back to Basics: Self-Care 101 Refresher

While it is not the most glamorous nor the easiest, self-care is foundational to be able to function, and, most importantly, manage stress. And there is an abundance of stress happening right now. This session is designed to be an inspiring invitation back to making yourself a priority, emphasizing current research along with strategies and quick tips to help you maintain or get back to homeostasis. With a community of graduate and professional students and postdoc scholars, consider taking time to remind yourself of the importance of self-care and start immediately on regaining balance.
