Dean of Cornell’s Dyson Business School and Professor of Management and Organizations Dr. Lynn Perry Wooten will share her knowledge to help you become a more effective leader! This workshop will discuss how you can identify your strengths and incorporate your identity to brand your leadership stage. It will also help you shift from being self-focused to others-focused so that you can script & strategize your leadership agenda with your team in mind.
Dr. Wooten is Dean and Professor of Management and Organizations for Cornell University’s Dyson School. Prior to joining Cornell, she was on the faculty at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business for almost two decades. Lynn’s current research bridges theory and practice and focuses on positive organizing routines, diversity management practices, and crisis leadership. Her research has been published in notable journals and she is the co-author of Leading Under Pressure: From Surviving to Thriving Before, During, and After a Crisis.
Dean Wooten is an alumna of the University of Michigan (PhD). She received her BS from North Carolina A&T State University and her MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
