The Office of Global Learning would like to invite all new international students to this year’s virtual International Graduate and Professional Student Orientation on Saturday, August 29 from 8:30 to 10:30 am EDT. This orientation will provide essential immigration and legal information, guidelines on health and safety, Office of Global Learning services and programs and tips for academic success. Included on the agenda is a panel discussion addressing such topics as transitioning to a new academic culture, academic expectations and ethical concerns at Cornell, tips for developing a relationship with your faculty advisor, language barriers and other issues.
