It can be daunting to talk concisely and persuasively about your work. Developing an exciting and effective 30-second to two-minute pitch about your research is a crucial skill for talking to foundation and grant program officers about your work. This session explores what makes a great elevator pitch, and then give participants time to tweak the ones they drafted in advance, and practice your pitch in front of the group, with time for instructor and peer feedback.
