This virtual event will feature a panel of graduate students representing different marginalized identities to discuss how societal norms of “professionalism” impact our sense of self, what that means for us as minoritized students on a macro and micro level, and how we can change these norms to transform the workplace. This event centers around the reflections and ideas of graduate students.
