Cornell alumna Wendy Meyers Cambor, ’88 will introduce Accenture’s new research on creating a culture of equality that allows for employees and innovation to flourish. The workshop will discuss the factors that influence advancement and that characterize a culture of equality in the workplace as identified in Accenture’s report “When She Rises, We All Rise.” Participants will learn the impacts that diversity and  equality in the workplace can have on innovation and productivity.

Wendy Cambor is the Managing Director and Human Resources Lead for the US Northeast Region at Accenture, supporting 10,000 people in their personal and professional lives. Wendy and her team of HR experts partner with business leaders in Strategy, Consulting, Technology, Operations and Digital to drive an innovative talent strategy that supports the growth of the business, while creating an extraordinary experience for our people in the region through innovation and investment in our people and culture. Prior to this role, Wendy was recruited to Accenture to lead Global Strategic Initiatives reporting to Chief Leadership and Human Resources Officer. Wendy is a member of Accenture’s Global Human Resources Management Committee.
