This event is aimed at exposing graduate students to the benefits of conducting an internship during their PhD as well as resources available for finding/applying to internship programs.

We are very fortunate to have Geneva Licht from Genentech (San Francisco, biotech giant) joining via Skype into our session. Genentech has what is widely considered the best internship program out there and Geneva is at the forefront of that program. 

Susi Varvayanis (Executive Director of the BEST program) and Caleb Yu (Graduate and International Student Career Adviser) have graciously agreed to also present and facilitate this session.
