Let's Meditate! Mondays (in the greenhouse) 4:00 – 4:30pm Starts on Jan. 27th. Attention, focus, and concentration improve, stress is reduced, and there's a calmer productivity. Take a break and join us Mondays at 4pm for a FREE 30-minute guided mindfulness meditation session in The Big Red Barn.
