Wednesday Walk at Noon

Exercise can improve the ability to learn and remember, along with being a method to decrease stress levels. Join Assistant Dean Janna Lamey to take a one-mile walk (different route each week, to be a surprise), network with other graduate students, and end with continued conversation over lunch at the Big Red Barn. If you are looking to explore the Cornell campus, get outside to enjoy the fall sights, and meet other graduate students, this is the session for you. Wear walking shoes and dress for the weather. Meet at the Big Red Barn main entrance.
