FEAR… of Public Speaking?

Have you noticed a fear-response (sweating, trembling, shortness of breath, among others) when asked to give a presentation? Or, have you wondered if there are strategies to improve your ability to better control your “nerves”? Come learn about the fear-response cycle, fear promoting thoughts, and, most importantly, what strategies you can do to break the fear response cycle and challenge negative self-talk. Both long-term and short-term strategies will be provided, along with participating in a progressive muscle relaxation technique.
