Nourish yourself this summer with weekly yoga led by Brenda D’Angelo, Kripalu Yoga Teacher and Director of Student Services.
This free six week yoga program runs from June 27- August 8 (no class on July 4) held Tuesday from 12:00 to 1:00 pm and Thursdays from 4:00 to 5:00 pm in the Big Red Barn is open to all skill levels. Attend some or all sessions. Yoga mats provided.
