General Committee: Student Membership

Calling all humanities and social sciences graduate students!

Do you want to be a leader for your Cornell community? Do you want to have a voice about the pressing concerns facing the Graduate School? If yes, nominate yourself for the Graduate School General Committee today by emailing Zander Lynch (zcl7@cornell.edu).

As a member of the Graduate School General Committee, you would attend monthly meetings where you would hear about, discuss, and vote on topics as varied as the Graduate School’s direction, changes to various codes, and petitions for new degree programs. In addition, you would serve as one of the adjudicators for the Academic Integrity and Grievance Board ensuring that Cornell’s standard of Academic Integrity is upheld and rules are being applied fairly and evenly.
