Big Red Barn Marketing Submissions
The Barn Marketing Request Form has been created in an effort to expand our information network. In order for submissions to be included in the weekly Big Red Barn Newsletter, information must be submitted and approved through the form, provided upon event approval, before 5 p.m. on the Wednesday the week you would like for it to be included.
- The content is short and focused
- The content is clearly rooted in the graduate students and/or the Barn community
- The content does not promote information that students receive elsewhere, including:
- Graduate school information, opportunities, events, etc.
- News
- Media
- If your submission is rejected, it has been determined that it does not meet these guidelines. You will receive notification of the rejection.
If you have an event taking place in the Barn that is open to all graduate and professional students, you must submit your marketing materials for the Barn newsletter, Appspace, and Instagram. Student groups that do not publicize their open events to all graduate and professional students will have to pay the fee for student group-hosted events for only specific groups of graduate and professional students. See the rate card on the Reserving the Barn page for more information.
