Hourly Graduate Student Positions Open at the Center for Transformative Action

The Center for Transformative Action is seeking graduate student applicants for two open positions: Community Collective Impact Assistant and Collective Impact Community Management Assistant.

The Community Collective Impact Assistant will be serving the Tompkins County Collective Impact Initiatives (TC2I2) with responsibilities that include: assisting with the creation and implementation of campus ­community collaborations related to Tompkins County’s Collective Impact Initiatives; providing logistical, administrative, and strategic support for events and meetings; identifying and developing resources related to community partnerships around collective impact; using Microsoft Office and other technologies to document and share the work; advance and support impact assessment practices; and other projects as assigned. The Collective Impact Community Management Assistant will also be serving TC2I2 with responsibilities that include: assisting with the creation and implementation of campus­ community collaborations related to Tompkins County’s collective impact initiatives; supporting the creation of an online community platform for communication and data sharing; helping participants learn how to use the online community platform; entering data sent by participants; moderating public input into online community platform; using Microsoft Office and other technologies to document and share the work; advance and support impact assessment practices; and other projects as assigned.
