Hi Deans,

I have enjoyed reading the ask a Dean section of the graduate school announcements. I find the responses would have been very useful in my first semester at Cornell when I was still figuring everything out (ie information on workers comp and healthcare.) Also, your responses regarding the union are helpful.

It’s useful to know that the Ask a Dean column in Graduate Announcements is helpful to you … and would have been more helpful even earlier in your program here. Ask a Dean is in a trial period for this academic year; based on use and feedback so far, we likely will continue this feature for the foreseeable future. 

We’ve also received positive feedback so far on our new trial item, Tips and Takeaways, so will likely continue that column as well.
